😀Neabsco Families,

Welcome back to another school year. ✨  I am honored to be the Assistant Principal at Neabsco Elementary School for the 4th year.  I am a proud educator that has served Prince William County Schools for over 20 years.  During those years, I taught students in Kindergarten, 2nd grade, and 3rd grade.   Prior to being an Administrator at Neabsco I spent 13 years as an Instructional Technology Coach 💻 at Glenkirk Elementary School, Belmont Elementary, and Kerrydale Elementary School. My passion ❤️‍🔥is working with teachers, students, families, and the community.  My goal is to inspire teachers so they can help their students learn and grow every day.

I want students to be active, productive citizens that are kind and honest.  I want them to have exciting opportunities and be prepared for their future by problem-solving, learning how to build and create things and then apply those skills to get a job.
I believe in being a CHAMPION FOR ALL STUDENTS

I work hard every day to build a collaborative school environment that empowers teachers and students to work together to make great things happen.     I received a bachelor's degree 📜in Elementary Education at Fairmont State University in West Virginia.  I have also earned a Master's degree in Curriculum Design and Instruction and Administration and Supervision Certificate from George Mason University.

When I am not at Neabsco, I love spending time with my family. ❤️ My family is my husband Joe, and we have three school-aged children Levi, Leighton, and Laci.  We have one family pet, he's a dog 🐾 , and his name is Rufus.

I am a champion for all students, teachers, and families.  I do whatever it takes to make things happen!
