School Supplies

As we prepare for the upcoming school year, school supply lists for all grade levels are now available for families.

All students will need a book bag (no wheels), a change of clothes kept in their backpack, and a water bottle. Additional items for each grade level are listed below.

Families may also wish to take advantage of Virginia’s Sales Tax Holiday, which will take place August 7-9, 2026. During this weekend, many school supplies, clothing, and footwear items can be purchased sales tax-free, helping families save on back-to-school essentials.

Kindergarten

School Supply List

  • Backpack (big enough for a book, folder, lunch bag and water bottle)
  • Extra clothes (in a ziplock bag with your child's name on it)
  • Reusable water bottle
  • 12 pre-sharpened primary pencils
  • 8 Glue sticks
  • Crayons (box of 24)
  • 8 Black dry erase markers (thick, low odor)
  • 3 Folders (plastic, 3-prong)
  • 2 Tissue boxes

Boys

  • Box of Ziplock Gallon size bags

Girls

  • Box of Ziplock Quart size bags

First Grade

  • 2 Packs of number two pencils (sharpened)
  • 12 Glue Sticks
  • 1 Pair of scissors (no blunt points)
  • 3 Boxes of tissues
  • 2 Packs of black dry erase expo markers (fine tip)
  • 1 Pack of highlighters
  • 1 Primary composition notebook (with drawing space at the top)
  • 1 Change of Clothing- in a zip lock gallon size bag clearly labeled with child's name on the bag

Boys

  • 1 Box of zip lock Gallon size bags-30 count

Girls

  • 1 Box of zip lock Quart size bag-30 count

Second Grade
