Dear Neabsco Elementary School Community,

It is with great honor and excitement that I write to you as the new principal of Neabsco Elementary School. As many of you may already know, I have had the privilege of serving as the Administrative Intern and Assistant Principal of this wonderful school, and I am thrilled to now take on the role of principal to continue my family partnerships, instructional leadership, facilities improvements for students such as new cafeteria tables and upgraded classroom seating, and opportunities for all students to connect and participate in school sponsored events, clubs, and extra-curricular activities.

I am deeply committed to putting students, families, and teachers first in all that I do as your principal. I have been an educator and leader with Prince William County Public Schools for 22 years. I believe that building strong family partnerships and focusing on academic achievement are key to ensuring that our students excel both in and out of the classroom. To that end, I am dedicated to fostering a warm and welcoming school environment that promotes collaboration, communication, and respect for all.

As we move forward into the coming school year, I am excited to work closely with the entire Neabsco Elementary School community to continue to build on our successes and address any challenges we may face. Together, we will work to provide our students with the best possible education and support, and to create a safe and nurturing learning environment.

I am truly grateful for the opportunity to lead this outstanding school, and I look forward to getting to know each and every one of you better in the months and years ahead. Thank you for your support, and I can't wait to see what we will achieve together.
