Prince William County Public Schools (PWCS) uses an online process for registering new students. The online registration packet for the 2025-26 school year is now available. Items to bring with you:
  • Birth Certificate
  • Proof of Residency (Deed or lease of your home)
  • 2 additional Proofs of Residency (VA Driver's License, Bills, Bank Statement, etc.)
  • Up-to-Date Immunizations
  • Physical that is dated on or after 8.18.2024
  • Negative TB test (if student has been out of the country for 3 or more months)
  • Custody Documents (if applicable)
